On Saturday, October 18, Stony Brook University will host the annual Homecoming celebration and reunion weekend known as "Wolfstock." Join us for a spectacular day as we welcome alumni back to campus to rekindle old friendships, reminisce, and rediscover a university that has been transformed. The Wolfstock Village will open at noon to be followed by the homecoming football game that will feature the Charleston Southern University Buccaneers taking on our Stony Brook University Seawolves at 3 p.m. in Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium.

The Department of Athletics will also host its annual Athletics Alumni Reunion Tent to reunite all former Stony Brook student-athletes in one place prior to heading to the football game. There will be plenty of food, beverages and Seawolves gear on sale so be sure to stop by and say hello.

If you have not returned for Homecoming recently, you will be astonished at all of the fun-filled activities that the Alumni Association has planned for the entire family at Wolfstock Village. Enjoy the pre-game tailgate party, take you family to the kid's zone, enjoy the live music and reconnect with old friends as you get ready for the big game.

Pre-Game Tailgate Party, Homecoming Village & Kids Zone! 12:00 pm-2:30 pm
Adjacent to Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium
Before the game, join us for this Wolfstock tradition just outside LaValle Stadium (near the north end zone.) Follow the sounds of live music to an all-you-can-eat Famous Dave's BBQ lunch buffet, featuring award-winning ribs, country-roasted chicken, smoked Georgia chopped pork, hot dogs, veggie burgers, corn-on-the-cob, and much more. Leave room for juicy watermelon, rich chocolate brownies, cookies and bread pudding. Soft drinks included.

Athletics Alumni Reunion Tent
Located inside Wolfstock Village, the Athletics Alumni Reunion Tent provides a gathering place for all former Stony Brook student-athletes as they return to campus. Enjoy plenty of food, beverages and gifts at the Reunion Tent as we gear up for the football game at 3 p.m.

Kids Zone!
Younger Seawolves will enjoy the Kids Zone! featuring a petting zoo, inflatables, pony rides, pumpkin decorating, face painting, and more! Then, follow the Red Hot Seawolves Marching Band into the stadium and cheer on the Seawolves as they battle Big South Conference rivals, the Charleston Southern University Buccaneers. Show your pride and wear Red!

Men's Basketball Red/White Scrimmage 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Pritchard Gym
Wander over before the game to the newly renovated Pritchard Gymnasium to catch the first glimpse of the 2008-09 Stony Brook men's basketball team. The Seawolves will be holding their first Red/White scrimmage and it will give fans a chance to get their first look at the team and start to ramp up the excitement for the season that starts in November!
