PRINT ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

Game programs, schedule cards, seasonal schedule posters and ticket sponsorship all provide a sizeable vehicle to get your message to the surrounding communities on the local and regional levels. Besides the personal distribution of these items in the various communities, the Seawolves send out mailings to more than 2,500 people some 20-25 times per year. GAME PROGRAMS:
Game programs are sold at all Stony Brook football and basketball games and provide full-page, half-page and quarter-page advertising capabilities for a corporate partner. The programs contain information about the Stony Brook Seawolves teams, story-lines about the coaches and pertinent game information. More than 2,500 game programs are printed for football and 5,000 for men's and women's basketball.

SCHEDULE CARDS:
Schedule cards are distributed free of charge to Stony Brook students, faculty and staff, to the many surrounding businesses and to the civic and community groups in the Setauket, Stony Brook, Smithtown and Port Jefferson areas. The four-color, professionally produced cards are printed three times per year: fall sports (football, volleyball, soccer, cross country, tennis); winter (basketball, track and field, swimming); and spring (baseball, softball, lacrosse, tennis, track and field) Annually, more than 50,000 cards are distributed. Sponsorship on the card is exclusive and is done on an annual basis.

SEASONAL SCHEDULE POSTERS:
Four-color, 18" x 24" schedule posters are produced on a tri-annual basis. The posters include schedules of all teams, including football, men's and women's basketball and men's lacrosse and are surrounded with exciting action shots of the teams. More than 2,500 of these posters are distributed throughout the campus and in the many businesses of Smithtown, Stony Brook, Port Jefferson, Setauket and more. Eye-catching and appealing, the posters are the most recognizable promotions vehicle within the Seawolves athletic department.

TICKET BACK SPONSORSHIP:
The year 2002-03 was a banner one for the Seawolves. More than 75,000 tickets (the most ever) were distributed and printed during the year. Potential sponsors have the opportunity to display their exclusive message on the season and game tickets for the year. Tickets are distributed for football, men's and women's basketball and men's lacrosse.
