2008-09:
Indoor: Finished 21st in the 3,000 meter at the America East Championships (2/21)... took eighth in the 3,000 meter at the Metropolitan Championships (1/29)... ran a season-best time of 5:23.99 in the mile at the Giegengack Invitational (2/7).
Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 1,500-meter at the America East Championship (5/3)... crossed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Yale Invitational (4/26)... took sixth in the 3,000-meter at the Quinnipiac Classic (4/8)... crossed 11th in the 3,000 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/17)... finished eighth in the 1,500-meter at the Monmouth Invitational (3/28).

2007-2008:
Took 16th in the 3,000-meter at the America East Indoor Championships... finished second in the 3,000-meter at the Fordham Invitational... placed 14th in the 1,500-meter at the SCSU Invitational.

High School:
Four-year letterwinner at West Seneca East Senior High School... competed in the 800-meter, 1,500-meter, 2,000-meter steeplechase, 3,000-meter, 1,000-meter and 5k... first-team ECIC (2003-2007)... sectional champion in the steeplechase (2006).
