2008-09:
Outdoor: Took 13th in the javelin at the America East Championship (5/3)... threw a season-best distance of 45.12 meters at the Monmouth Invitational (3/28).

2007-2008:
Placed 11th in the outdoor javelin at the America East Championships (5/4)... took seventh in the outdoor javelin at the SCSU Invitational (3/29)... finished second in the outdoor javelin at the Quinnipiac Invitational (4/9)... took 17th in the outdoor discus at the UMASS Invitational (4/12).

2006-07:
Finished third in the long jump at the Fordham Christmas Classic (16'7'').

High School:
A two-year letter winner at Archbishop Molloy High School... placed fifth in the javelin at Youth Nationals in 2006 and sixth in 2005... posted a third place finish in the javelin at city championships as a senior.
