Princeton, N.J. - Jenny Payne and Craig Matuza competed at the ECAC/IC4A Championships last weekend to conclude the Stony Brook track and field outdoor season.

Payne recorded a 15th-place finish with a time of 17:13.01 in the 5000m, while Matuza's toss of 128 feet, 11 inches in the discus put him in 29th place.

The championships marked an end to the 2001 season, which saw several school records fall by the wayside.
