STONY BROOK, N.Y. - After a week off, the Stony Brook men's and women's cross country teams will have to wait until early next week to return to action, as the Monmouth Invitational was postponed until Monday at 4:00 p.m. The race was scheduled to take place on Friday at Holmdel Park, N.J., but was rescheduled due to the potential hurricane.

In the Seawolves' only action so far this season back on September 6, the women's team captured the team title at the 2003 Seawolves Invitational, while the men finished in third place.
