Jenny Payne Named All-America East
Dec. 14, 2001 Stony Brook, N.Y. - Senior Jenny Payne received All-America East honors in cross country, finishing ninth at the America East Championships in the Seawolves' first year of America East competition. Payne led the Seawolves with her top-10 finish, completing the 5000m race in 18:09.90. Overall, the Seawolves finished sixth out of nine teams. The top 10 finishers in both the women's 5000m and men's 8000m were named All-Conference |
