2005:Sat out as a redshirt.

High School: Attended Mepham High School in North Bellmore, N.Y....earned three varsity letters for the Pirates...honorable mention all-division as a sophomore, hitting .481 with 24 RBI...team captain, team-MVP and all-county junior and senior seasons...League IV MVP and fourth team all-state as a junior, hitting .423 with 26 RBI, 12 SB and a 9-0 record with a 1.59 ERA...League AAIII MVP and sixth team all-state as a senior, hitting .461 with 12 RBI.
