Homestead, FLA - Four errors led to three unearned runs that helped Northeastern jump out to a 6-0 lead after three innings as the Wildcats posted a 10-7 win over Stony Brook Wednesday morning in Homestead, Florida. The loss drops Stony Brook's record to 8-2 on the year.

Stony Brook battled back, scoring five runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to cut the lead to 10-6 but came up short in the ninth, plating only one run. Gregg Foster went 3-4 with two runs batted in on the day.
