Cambridge, Mass. - For the second time in three weeks freshman Kevin Crowley (New Westminster, British Columbia) has turned in an impressive performance on the lacrosse field, and for the second time in three weeks has been named the America East Rookie of the Week the conference announced today.

For the second time in three games Crowley led Stony Brook in points with six (3g, 3a) in Saturday's 17-15 win over Siena, the first victory of the season for the Seawolves. He assisted on a pair of key scores in the second quarter that halted a streak of four consecutive Siena scores, with his final assist of the day coming assisted on the final goal of the game with 25 seconds left that sealed the win for Stony Brook. Crowley's goals in the third and fourth quarters each broke ties in the contest.

Stony Brook will be in action again on Saturday, March 15 when the Seawolves will be on the road again for another match up with a top-20 team, this time taking on #8 Delaware at 5:00 p.m.
