2007-2008:
Finished second in the 50-yard freestyle (21.83), placed fourth in the 100-yard freestyle (49.14), took third in the 100-yard butterfly (54.86) and came in fifth as a member of the 400-yard freestyle relay team (3:25.80) against Binghamton/Lafayette (1/16)... took second in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:06.71) in the America East Championships (2/14).

Before Stony Brook:
Spent two years at Middlesex C.C.

High School:
Four year letterwinner for St. Joseph's under coach Steve Whittington...all-american in the 50 Yard Freestyle... Captain as a senior.

Michael MacDonald... born September 13, 1986 in Staten Island, N.Y.... son of Laurine and Michael Sr... brother of Keith, Greg and Kurt... Keith is a freshman on this year's squad... related to Nick Fotiu who played for the New York Rangers of the NHL... an arts and sciences major.
