Stony Brook, N.Y. - Stony Brook University students who wish to travel to Hartford to cheer on the Stony Brook Seawolves at the America East Women's Basketball Tournament will have the opportunity to ride a fan bus to the game for Friday's Quarterfinal vs. Hartford at 6 pm. Students will get transportation to and from Hartford and free admission to the game on a first-come, first-served basis.

To reserve a spot on the Fan Bus, please visit the USG ticket office in the Student Activities Center (SAC) Lobby on Tuesday (3/10/09) & Wednesday (3/11/09) between the hours of 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Seats are available to students on a first-come, first-served basis and students are required to leave a $5 deposit to reserve their space, which will be returned to students on the bus to Hartford. Students do not have to pay for their transportation or admission to the game, but will need to provide their own money for meals.

The bus will leave the SAC loop at 2 pm on Friday and depart on the 3 pm ferry from Port Jefferson. After arriving in Bridgeport at 4:15, the bus will arrive at the Chase Family Arena in West Hartford at 5:30 pm. The bus will depart Hartford immediately following the game and arrive at Bridgeport for the 10 pm ferry. The bus will drop students off at the SAC loop at approximately 11:30 pm.
