Wolfstock 2009 - A Homecoming Tradition

On Saturday, October 3, Stony Brook University will host the annual Homecoming celebration and reunion weekend known as "Wolfstock." Join us for a spectacular day as we welcome alumni back to campus to rekindle old friendships, reminisce, and rediscover a university that has been transformed. The Wolfstock Village will open at noon to be followed by the homecoming football game that will feature the Presbyterian College Blue Hose taking on our Stony Brook University Seawolves at 3 p.m. in Kenneth P. 08/18/2009 Stony Brook Selected to Host 2011 NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Championship A national championship event is headed to Stony Brook University and Long Island with the announcement by the NCAA today that Stony Brook will host the 2011 NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Championship. The event will be held at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium on May 27 and 29, 2011. [+]

07/02/2009 Stony Brook University Installs New FieldTurf Playing Surface Stony Brook University Athletics recently completed the installation of a new FieldTurf surface in Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium, replacing the original Field Turf which was installed when the facility opened in 2002. The new, 89,298 square foot surface was provided by Field Turf Tarkett and installed by the Land Tek Group Inc. [+]
