Orlando, Fla. - Stony Brook softball fell to UMBC, 5-1, in its second game on Sunday afternoon at the Rebel Games in Orlando, Fla. SB defeated Central Connecticut earlier in the day.

The Retrievers scored three runs in the first inning off freshman Lindsay DeLaRosa and never looked back en route to the 5-1 win. Stony Brook's lone run came off the bat of Cass Broadwater who hit her first homerun of the year.

Stony Brook (1-1) is back in action tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
